Lookout Mountain Log Homes & Builders is a full-service log home sales and construction company. As independent representatives for Real Log Homes®, we have a very wide range of home plans to offer. We can complete turnkey projects or any portion of your project including design, erecting the shell, project and budget management, and management of subcontractors. Having built many homes for 12 different log home manufacturers, we firmly believe the Real Log Homes® quality of materials, building system, and the patented Interlock™ joinery system, is at the very least one of the best products on the market. However, if for whatever reason you choose another producer and would like an experienced log builder to construct your home, we can help. Chances are we have built the product before.

We will gladly visit your site and discuss with you options for making the most of your land.  We will discuss how to build for the best views, usable outdoor space, and talk about other considerations such as grade, drainage and site access.  It’s an invaluable service to have a skilled and experienced builder helping you plan from the very first step.

We are also there to work with you during the design process.  Real Log Homes® has an award-winning in-house design department that is ready to custom design a home for you.  Our job is to be your advocate and serve as liaison between you and the designers.  Our builder experience combined with the years of design experience offered by the Real Log Homes® design department will allow you to custom design a home to truly fit your needs.

After the completion of your log home it's a reassuring thought that there is always someone close by to answer any questions you might have. We have been in business many years and have always maintained good relationships with our past customers. We have been called upon to do other projects for past customers many times, sometimes on multiple occasions. We have built barns, garages, and applied new coats of stain for previous clients. The time may come when a past customer needs help performing maintenance tasks and we are always happy to either perform the work ourselves or provide contact information for someone to do the maintenance.
